Community Nursing Center

The UWM SSCNC has provided onsite nursing and health care services, community based nursing student clinical education, partnership services and collaborative programming since 1986.

Low cost health services or those offered through specified health insurance programs are provided by a team of skilled nurses for under and uninsured people. Primary health care services, community resource referral services and health promotion programs are also provided by staff and student nurses.

Monday - Thursday • 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Friday • 9:00 am – noon
